My wife and I visited last week and met Justin in the store for the purchase of her new 20 bore. Justin was absolutely amazing and was a wealth of knowledge. He was personable throughout the whole process and no ask was too big or small - even down to getting every gun in stock which met the specification for the woodwork.

I have been to more "prestigous grounds" with gun shops on site and received a far lesser service and therefore cannot recommend SGC (particularly Justin!) highly enough.

My wife said she was put at ease by the staff, was helped greatly and learned some basics which have been overlooked over the years.

We cannot thank you enough for such a great service so please keep it up!

Purchased a fx impact m4 copper .177 and extras from the Exeter store. Russ Tom and all the staff were fantastic and very friendly. Just placed another order for a Donny fl moderator and once again fantastic service. Can’t get much better than the staff at the Exeter store. Highly recommend anyone after anything to go there. Thanks to you all. From Jason.

Insanely slow at repairing airguns I've been waiting months and still nothing. Maybe time to hire some more technicians???

Have been looking at buying an air rifle, I have little knowledge other than the advice of friends, and google research. It was late on Saturday when I had time to go have a look at the shop and what they had to offer. I know I didn't want a beginners gun, but the better ones can be expensive. Very lucky to meet Mike who works there, who helped me understand what I wanted. While I liked the top end guns I am new to the game. After holding guns and narrowing my selection I was shown two guns, used (pre owned) with scopes, a fraction of the new price. Both in excellent condition. Really liked one with a wooden stock. So close to buying it then, it was nearly closing time, not likely to sell it and decided to think about it over Sunday. Rushed back on Monday to buy it.

Very impressive shop, excellent staff and service. In heart of hearts Mike had sold me the gun on Saturday, that being said Russ looked after me to buy the gun and accessories on Monday I needed. I have already shot the gun at a reasonable distance with a good degree of accuracy.

Excellent shopping experience.
